What to expect
Pre-K to 4th Grade – ½ Day
- Arrival time 7:45am (This gives us 15 minutes to make introductions and to get prospective student situated)
- Classes and meeting with teachers for short screenings
- Eat snack 10:00 am
- Recess 11:30
- Dismissal 12:00 pm
*Please Note: The schedule for Pre-K and Kindergarten screening is different from what is listed above. During pre-kindergarten and kindergarten screenings, prospective students spend time together at classroom stations and in established activities while parents participate in a tour of the building with the Head of School. Prospective students are screened individually with teachers, determining readiness using tools designed specifically for early- childhood assessment.
5th to 8th Grade – Full day

- Eat lunch/ snack
- More classes and meeting with teachers for short screenings
- Dismissal time 3:00 pm
WHAT TO BRING
Pre-K to 4th Grade
- Snack or money to purchase one of our healthy snacks available in our cafeteria (selections may include crackers, cheese, yogurt, fruit, milk, juice, cereal, or a baked good).
5th – 8th grade
- Snack and Lunch (or money to purchase one)
- Paper/pen to take notes during your day
WHAT TO WEAR:
Your visiting student does not need to adhere to our uniform policy on their visit day. They may simply wear modest clothing of their choosing that they feel comfortable wearing.
