General Information and Forms 2015-16

Welcome to our General Information and Forms page for current All Saints Catholic Academy families!

We ask that you review all pertinent information in the three categories below: GENERAL INFORMATION, FORMS, and GRADE SPECIFIC. After a complete review, please download and print all applicable forms. (Due to the volume of forms, we are unable to accept them via return e-mail.)  (Print this to use as a reference: Forms Checklist. ) Return all grade-specific forms to the individual homeroom teacher and return all other forms to the school office on or before the first day of school.  (Having difficulty downloading pdf files?  Just Google “Free Adobe Acrobat” for a link to downloading the software.)
