If you’ve visited the All Saints Catholic Academy campus, you cannot miss the expansive fields. Cross-country skiing at All Saints began as a component of our physical education course, and has blossomed into a competitive cross-country ski team for our upper grades!
During the school day, cross-country skiing continues to be incorporated into physical education class for grades 5 through 8. We have a collection of the equipment for students to use, and they look forward to getting outside during the cooped-up winter months. Even students who have never put on a pair of skis have the opportunity to learn technique and enjoy this lifelong sport.
Our cross-country ski team is open to our older students. The season begins and ends with the snow! Training occurs here on campus, at neighboring schools, and at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Students also have the opportunity to represent All Saints at cross-country race event. |
